Making the world a little kinder through dashimaki. Together with our customers, we are working to achieve the SDGs through the food we eat.
Dashimaki is a dish that uses up every last drop of egg. 100% of the egg liquid is used, and the eggshells are reused as fertilizer by persimmon farmers.
We teach children and adults alike how to cook dashimaki tamago in our dashimaki tamago baking classes. We hope this will bring smiles to families and society.
